What age can children start?
We have age specific classes starting from 3-4 years all the way to adults.
Do I need previous experience?
Our classes are all beginner friendly! Our structured program provides a gradual approach and progression.
How do the 2 free trials work?
Complete the form and we'll contact you to arrange your first class. You'll then receive two free classes to see if karate is the right fit before deciding whether to join.
What should I wear?
For your free trials we recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing and bringing a water bottle.
Can parents watch?
Parents are most welcome to watch and make themselves comfortable in our seated area.
Do adults train too?
We have dedicated adult classes running 4 times per week.
